"We called Jim to get an estimate on sealing a leak on an exhaust pipe on our roof. Jim found that there was wind damage to the entire roof. He worked directly with the insurance company to set the amount and spent his own money up front to get the insurance company what they needed in terms of pictures, etc. After notifying Jim that the insurance had agreed to the new roof, Jim scheduled the replacement roof installation quickly. On the scheduled day, the roofers arrived ahead of time and began working immediately. They were very, very professional, pleasant and had the “want to” attitude! The work was completed in a timely fashion with continual clean-up. They did the job the right way and made sure that the smallest details were completed properly. Jim was honest and upfront. I wanted to replace my gutters at the same time as the roof. He said he could do it but he was not an expert on gutters and suggested I contact a gutter company, so I did. He kept me very well informed throughout the tear off and install which had to be done over two days due to rain. When looking for a roofing contractor - Jim Schumacher answered the call. Literally. After receiving no return calls from five roofing contractors, I ran across a reference for Schumacher Roofing. As with all prior contractors, I left a voice mail with my contact information. To my surprise and in less than two hours I received a call from Jim Schumacher in regard to the replacement of my homes roof. Jim was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. After a short conversaton - we set an appointment to see my home the next day. While doing the physical roof inspection, we discussed potential shingle styles and colors that would enhance the look of my home. Jim had ample shingle samples with him but also encouraged me to visit a local supply warehouse to inspect alternative styles and colors. What was even more surprising was that within two hours of his home inspection - I had the Schumacher roofing quote in my email !! The next business day I accepted the Schumacher quote and scheduled my installation. The installation was a total "tear-off" and new installation of GAF roofing products (starter strip / ridge vent & underlayment). The entire job was completed in a single 8 hour day with no disruption to family or neighbors. The installation crew did a fantastic job cleaning up the site and hauled away all debris. I now have a beautiful new roof and I strongly endorse Schumacher Roofing as a top quality roofing contractor in the Greater Cincinnati and NKY area. Mr. Schumacher called the same day I checked Home Advisor and came by that afternoon for an estimate. The work was finished within the week when his crew was already in the area. Only one shingle needed replacing and the price was certainly fair. He inspected the whole roof and the gutters while he was up there and nothing else was needed. He was professional and courteous and I trusted him immediately and I highly recommend him. I gave him a 5 on the quality, but really I didn't go up on the roof to check it, but I trust him to do a good job

I was able to get a quote on the repair job within the hour and a repairman was sent within two days. Not only was the job completed within an hour but it was done exceedingly well. I no longer have to worry about water pouring through my ceiling, leaving irreparable water damage.
